Katrina Brooks,
Katrina is the co-owner of JTTC, LLC. She has over 15 plus years of experience in curriculum design, leadership, professional skills development, coaching, and strategic planning. Katrina has been a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach since 2015. She led the initiative to have college students take the assessment in 2017, leading to over 1,500 students completing it and applying it to their academic journey. Katrina has been a force behind developing curriculums that focus on experiential learning to provide more hands-on experiences for students. She has also been influential in training businesses on strategic development and talents to take their people and organizations to the next level.
Tyler Payne,
Tyler is a co-owner of JTTC, LLC. Tyler has over 10 years of experience in coaching, community experiences, strategic planning, and the development of professional skills. Tyler has been a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach since 2017 and has assisted over 1,500 students in completing the assessment. Tyler has been pivotal in building and maintaining community relationships, developing creative writing classes for youth, and helping youth develop their professional skills for use in the future. These courses that have been developed have also been implemented within other youth organizations.
